Note: Reservations will need to be made by August 19, 2012, in order to be guaranteed of receiving the special room rates and to be assured of guest room availability. Individuals will be responsible for guaranteeing their reservations for late arrival in cash or by use of one of the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and JCB. Prior to the due date, individual attendees are entitled to the Utility Payment Conference room rate when they make their reservations and guarantee charges. Reservation requests received after the due date will be accepted on a space available basis. Hotel Room Cancellation Individual guests will not be charged one night room and tax if reservations are cancelled seventy- two (72) hours prior to the day of arrival. Non-cancelled room reservations (those that do not have an appropriate cancellation number) will be charged one night’s room and tax. Hotel Information Check-in is 3:00 PM Check-out is 12 Noon All guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. The bell stand can arrange to check baggage.
