Call For Presentations
The Utility Payment Conference cordially invites interested parties in the cooperative, municipality,
utility, retailer and service provider sector to submit presentation abstracts for our annual Utility
Payment Conference.  Take a look at the

General Information
Audience
Your audience will consist of owners, CEO's, vice presidents, directors, managers, supervisors,
coordinators, analysts and representatives from cooperatives, municipalities, utilities, retailers and
service providers in the Customer Service, Customer Accounting, Credit, Collections, IT,
Purchasing, Remittance and Treasury departments with a concentration of or sole interest in
payments and credit and collections.

Information
All information shared for the abstract should be generic.  
  • No proprietary or confidential information should be shared at any time
  • No sales or promotion of your company/and or vendor should occur

Presentation Length
Presentation length may be from one half (1/2) hour up to and including one (1) hour including
Q&A.  The amount of time provided to you may be adjusted by the Planning Committee.  

Selection Information
  • The scope of the presentation should be relevant to the audience and supported by 3-4
    items that the audience will learn (knowledge indicators)
  • Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the Planning & Presentation Committee and will
    be based on clarity, quality and relevance to the audience in addition to originality and
    innovation of the presentation
