Our conference is green, or as green as we can be. We will be embracing a new environmental
meeting practice that will benefit the attendees, the conference and the community. We believe by
implementing a few relatively small changes at our conference we can all make a difference for a
cleaner tomorrow.

| Speaker presentation and session handouts will not be distributed at the conference | |
| Electronic copies of the presentations will be available for view and printing to all eligible | |
| conference attendees 2 weeks prior to the conference | ||
| One agenda will be provided to each participant for the entire conference upon registration | |
| Attendance lists will be sent out electronically to all eligible conference attendees | |
| approximately 2 weeks prior to and 2 weeks after the conference |
What You Can Do:
| Register online to reduce the use of paper and associated energy costs | |
| Promote the conference by sending an email and/or calling business associates that may | |
| benefit by participating and ask them to visit our website to learn more | ||
| Use public or shared transportation when traveling to, from and around conference location | |
| Turn your name badge and lanyard in on your last day of attendance | |
| Recycle or donate your conference materials when possible | |
