Exhibiting Vendors are invited to become a sponsor of the conference.  For additional information
Registration is currently open for the 2010 conference being hosted by Dominion in Richmond,
Virginia.
Registration is on a first come first serve basis
  • Payment and registration documents must be received to be eligible for booth assignment
  • We have a limited number of exhibit booth space
  • Exhibitors will work exclusively with our contracted Exhibit Trade Show provider
  • Exhibit Booth packet will be provided upon successful registration
When registering please plan on providing the following information:

1.  Exhibitor Registration Form   - contact us for access to secured registration information
  • Provide your top 3 booth choices
  • An Exhibitor's packet will be sent to your listed contact by the conference's exclusive Trade
    Show Provider
2.  Complete an Additional Attendee General Registration Form if you will have more than two
representatives attend the conference
  • Exhibiting vendors receive two complimentary general session registrations
3.  Submit your Company Description and Services Form
4.  Submit your Certificate of Insurance by September 1.
5.  Book your hotel room as there are a limited number of rooms available
