100% refund provided until May 1
50% refund provided until June15
No refund after July 15
A $75 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

Change Policy
An initial change fee will be waived.
Each additional change will incur an administration fee of $75.
Note:  All change notifications must be made via email to info@paymentconference.com

Invoices will be sent for all administrative fees and will be subject to a 5% charge each month until
paid in full.  
Waiver

Registration indicates agreement of the attendee, otherwise known as a person from an attending
regulated or unregulated cooperative, municipality (water and waste), communications and
telecommunications, utility, non-exhibitor, consultant or and exhibitor who assumes responsibility
and to hereby release the Utility Payment Conference (the “Released Party”) from all liability as a
result of its own adverse actions or inactions during the conference and its events.

Note:  Exhibitors will be provided with and asked to provide additional information prior to the
conference.
