Change Policy
An initial change fee will be waived.
Each additional change will incur an administration fee of $50.

Invoices will be sent for all administrative fees and will be subject to a 5% charge each month until
paid in full.
Waiver
Registration indicates agreement of the cooperative, municipality, utility and exhibitor attendee to
assume responsibility and to hereby release the Utility Payment Conference (the “Released Party”)
from all liability as a result of its own adverse actions or inactions during the event.
