Prohibited Activities

Removal of Attendees
Any hospitality and/or social function that removes any conference attendee from scheduled
conference events be it on-site or off-site is strictly prohibited and a violation of conference rules.  
No activity should conflict with any Agenda Events.  

Exhibitors, non-exhibitors and consultants should not remove, for any occasion, any attendees
during any scheduled conference events including the Welcome Reception, Conference Evening
Event, general sessions, breaks, meals or other scheduled items.  Other items not permissible are
live demonstrations, off-premises locations, hospitality suites, receptions, etc.

Promotional Information
Flyers, signs or promotional information many NOT be distributed or displayed during the
conference, in hospitality, guest rooms or the hotel.  

The only allowable promotion and distribution of information at each booth is restricted to the
registered booth exhibitor.  

Badge Sharing
Each attendee must register for the conference and/or conference activity.  Badge sharing is strictly
prohibited.  

Representatives at the booth must be employees, with an e-mail reflecting as such, of the
Registered Exhibitor.   

Violations
Exhibitors found violating conference rules shall lose the ability to receive a copy of the early
registration list as well as other privileges determined by the Utility Payment Conference committee.
